e-Commerce Manager

Summary

Swish is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join our rapidly growing team in our New York City location.  Our office is an energetic place with highly-connected employees – we’re not your typical wine company. We’re looking for a unique individual who will play a pivotal role in cementing our e-commerce presence and driving sales.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the E-Commerce Manager will create and own Swish’s e-commerce strategy and will be responsible for managing our company website.  He/she will work with all internal teams to get things done and will always think about the consumer’s needs first.

This role is currently an individual contributor with the opportunity to expand the team pending business results/need.  *NOTE: You must have e-commerce experience to apply - the ideal candidate will hit the ground running!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce annual strategy, goals, and promotional calendar

  • Manage website UX, maintenance, optimization including A/B testing and trouble shooting

  • Inform product creation by closing the loop - you understand what sells, and what doesn’t

  • Determine pricing strategy for online products

  • Liaise with operations team for inventory and logistics management

  • Work with graphic design & creative team to ensure images and copy are compelling, effective and up to date

  • Manage SEO and paid media driving to the website

  • Leverage email marketing and liaise with social team to drive ecomm sales

  • Manage and provide excellent customer service, define the end-to-end consumer experience process

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of relative work experience in e-commerce, digital or product marketing

  • Must be a nimble self-starter and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Proven experience building and managing internal and external relationships

  • Highly-organized and detail-oriented team player, with proven ability to communicate across several departments

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify and UX Design, and leveraging analytics for forecasting, driving sales and improving UX

  • Experience using email marketing software including Mailchimp, Drip, etc.

  • Direct response and/or paid media experience

  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint

  • A deep love for Rihanna
